ADMISSION
Admission gets you a wristband at the counter, granting you in-and-out privileges for 2 hours as long as the wristband remains valid. From here you have access to all areas of SuperPark!
Your ticket gives you unlimited access to the whole of SuperPark, including the Adventure Area, Game Arena, and Freestyle Hall.
That depends! Our Weekend & Holiday Heroes tickets are suitable for weekends, school holidays and public holidays. If you prefer to experience SuperPark when it’s a little quieter, our Midweek Magic ticket (off peak) is the best option from Monday to Friday.
Depending on your needs there are three options.
All children aged 2 and above will require a ticket to enter the play area, children under the age of 2 can enter the park for free.

SuperPark grip socks are a safety requirement for playing in our park and have been quality tested, ensuring maximum fun. All guests entering the Play Area will need to wear socks and these can be purchased online for a faster check-in experience or when you arrive.
SuperPark grip socks are mandatory and available for $3.50 online or at the front counter.
For additional playtime, please approach our friendly SuperCrew at the counter. An additional session will be charged at the standard rates and is subject to availability.

We recommended booking in advance to ensure you can play at a time that suits you. Weekends and holidays tend to sell out fast and we do not have room for walk-ins once booked out.
Unfortunately this means we’re fully booked out! We recommend pre-booking your SuperPark ticket in advance to secure your preferred time.
Gift cards and discount codes can be redeemed when booking online or on-site.
Bookings are unable to be edited online. However you can email us at hello@superpark.com.au to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note we charge a $3 booking fee per change.
